Web Security

The JFA website, Jfaucett.com, secure “https” for the website url is no longer working, or when I try to go to the site it’s showing it as not secure. I’m not sure why that would happen. I believe we purchased that, so maybe it expired, etc. The site is no longer showing as secure despite having purchased an SSL certificate.

Thank you, Mike Lawrence, [email protected]

Hi Mike, sorry to hear that you're running into trouble with your SSL. If you've purchased an SSL but the site still appears to be unsecured, I'd suggest double checking the installation process. When I've seen this error before, it's usually because an older SSL certificate was left as the "active" SSL; the new one can be installed and available, but if it's not selected as the one the site should use, the site will still be unsecured. That appears to be the case on the site with the URL you provided, as the currently active certificate expired in July of 2021.

Switch the active SSL over to your newly purchased one and see if that resolves the issue. If you run into trouble, please contact our live support teach directly so they can get verified access to your account and more directly assist you. Hope that helps!
