Need to log in to cPanel to renew SSL certificate. Login form always says "The login is invalid." The link to reset passwords assumes you can log in first, and then reset. There is no help for forgotten passwords or userids.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the password and SSL sorted out. If you cannot login to cPanel via normal means, can you login to your Account Management Panel (AMP) instead? That uses an InMotion URL, rather than your website URL, so you should be able to login there and then either go directly to your cPanel control area or reset your cPanel password from with AMP. Plus, the link to your cPanel in AMP usually uses your server's URL rather than your site URL, and should still work even if your URL is having SSL related issues. I hope that helps!
