Subdomain on root domain not working.

Hey guys,

I setup a subdomain on my root domain last week and I'm still unable to get it to work. I've double-checked that the DNS records are set correctly (they were added automatically when I created the subdomain in cpanel). The DNS should have propagated by now since it was setup last week. And If I point my localhost to my server's shared IP I'm able to see the test html file I placed in there. So it seems that something is up with the DNS records for subdomains on my root domain/account or I'm missing something obvious. Can I get you guys to look into this for me?

I'm hoping you can get the specific domain/subdomain info from my account rather than me posting it here but let me know if you need any more details or specifics from me.
