I think I see the problem-- it looks like the agents thought that your problem was with restarting NGINX, not a problem with the NGINXUTIL specifically. If you want to get back in touch with our 24/7 Support Team and mention that you're specifically trying to troubleshoot NGINXUTIL, I think we'll be able to focus on the issue for you. For this particular situation I would suggest submitting a verified ticket instead of asking in a chat, so that the agents have more time to review the specific issue.

We understand your frustration. Since then we've prioritized other improvements but still plan to add this feature. We understand its importance regarding transparent communication with our customers. I've inquired about its progress and we'll be sure to let everyone know once we do this.

Thanks for submitting a question about viewing support tickets. At the moment, there is no way to view a support ticket in progress but rest assured it's in queue and being handled by support technicians. You'll receive a reply as soon as a technician has had enough time to review the issue and provide feedback.
