Biz 254 has been down for the Entire week. No Website, but more importantly. NO Email.

6 days now This is not Acceptable. I never had an outage like this with Host gator, Godaddy or Name Cheap.  Is there a way to get Email Access?  We not only have Web Access, but we have NO Email access too.  We are Dead!!! Any Workarounds?  Anybody have a solution to get email working?

When I tried to access the website, I get the message that the site cannot be reached and it refused to connect

I can't get into CPanel, submit a support ticket, or even open a chat window. So wondering if the servers are down?

We are having problems getting into our website, is there a server issue?

We have been trying to get into our website since Saturday but we keep geeting wither a blank page or a HTTP 500 Error mesage, please assist on this.

I received an error message during a primary domain name change. Now my site is not available and emails do not work.

I was attempting to change my primary domain name and got an error message during the process. Now my site will not work and all the email addresses associated with the domain name are not connecting .

To supplement what Stormy said about contacting Support and checking the updated server status. Sorry again for any inconvenience.

Just to let the community know: These people offer an unmetered service but only backup your account if you have less than 10 GB, otherwise they backup nothing. I had three domains, thousands of emails and our own WP website gone FOR 4 DAYS only to find out that all our data is gone and they take no responsibility at all.

I'm going away this company as soon as I can. I'd suggest you to do the same.

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues and it's affecting your business. When a server is down, we work as quickly as possible to get it back up. If your specific server is down, our Support Department can restart it for you.

Is there no backup plan in place when a server goes down?  I have clients calling me every 3 minutes.  Over 2 hours so far.
