How to Change Reseller Server Name
Created a reseller package. System asked for domain. I thought this was where we put one of our client's domains. Now the My Cloud Server is named after one of our clients, and we cant create a Cpanel under their domain, because it's already in "the database".
How can I change the My Cloud Server name to our own?

Sorry for the problems with the Cloud server name. Unfortunately, we can't make change of that nature from the Support Center website. I would recommend that you contact our live technical support team for further assistance. They will be able to help you make the changes if needed.
