504 Gateway error

After I install the child theme and imported it, I refresh it and it ends up 504 gateway error.

There are a few steps to take here. First, I would change the version of PHP you are currently using to the most up to date available. After that, try deactivating your WordPress plugins. If the theme works then, you know one of the plugins is causing the problem and can troubleshoot accordingly. If that does not change things, you can try running the database repair tool, or turn on PHP error logging. This will provide you with an error code you can use to troubleshoot further.
