Coffee Cup FTP can't connect due to "unknown SSL protocol error in connection to biz146..." etc. What's the fix?

I'm trying to connect Coffee Cup FTP to manage my site, and for the first time am getting the following error in the screenshot, "There has been a problem negotiating an SSL or TLS connection. Please contact your hosting provider. Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to biz146.inmotionhosing.com:21." What's the fix? Thank you.
