Website performance is in the tank

I haven't made any changes to my site in the past couple of weeks and I noticed two days ago that the site has become so slow as to be almost unreachable.  This includes the admin dashboard as well as the external facing site, a test site and another hosted site that I have.  The only change I am aware of is a wordpress update that was pushed,  I'm not consuming much resource and am at my wits end trying to figure this out.  Could it be an issue with an inmotion server or something like that?  How do I get it looked at?
