I need to know if our company has been assigned an SPF record. How do I go about finding out?

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

You can check if your site has an SPF record by going to wherever you manage your site's DNS records. If your domain is pointed to the InMotion Hosting nameservers, you can check in the cPanel Zone Editor. An SPF record is going to be a type of TXT record-- narrow the display down to show just TXT records and find the one that starts with 'spf='. If you don't see one, you may need to add it!

The procedure will be almost the same even if you are not using our nameservers. You would just make the changes wherever it is you edit your DNS.

If you run into any other issues or have trouble setting up your SPF records, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support team for direct assistance.
