My website says Not Secure when I go to it. How do I change that?

Thanks for checking in with us! For your website to display as secure, you are going to need a valid SSL certificate installed on the site. This is what makes the 'https' version of the URL take you to a secure version of the site. If you have an InMotion Hosting account, the easiest way to to this is to install the free AutoSSLs provided to every customer with a hosting plan. 


After you do that, you may need to reconfigure your site to direct visitors to the secure version of it. Exactly how to do that is going to depend on your site. Wordpress sites are fairly simple-- just install something like the Really Simple SSL plugin and that should take care of it automatically.
