Fraud from your site

My account have been taken money out from your company without my permission. Approximately $600. You need to investigate and refund me my money.

Apologies for any issues with fraudulent activities regarding your account.  However, we cannot investigate without any information about the account.  Nor can we issue a refund from the Support Center Website.  Please contact our Customer Service team, then provide information and verification for your account.  The matter can then be investigated and refunds issued if needed.
