How do I cancel auto renew?

We've been 4 DAYS without service and without a simple and credible explanation of what happened nor an ETA.

I want to stop auto renew and as soon as the service is back online (if that happens some day) move everything away. I can understand you guys can have a problem but your communication is really poor. Just tell the truth.
