I want to copy my website files with inmotion web hosting now it is in third party. But I have mail accounts also in inmotion before a year, So If I change my dns name, My website and mails are working fine. Also I have two plans in inmotion?I'm confused?

Apologies, but we are also confused in reading your question. We're not sure if you're copying you website files to InMotion, or if you're copying them FROM InMotion to another hosting service. If you are using a third party service and you moved your website files to the new location, then changing the name servers to point to the new location will make it use those servers.
If you're using our servers, then mail and web traffic will continue work from InMotion as long as the name servers remain unchanged. Old email does not automatically get exported to your new location. You would need to go through the process of moving your old emails, if you were moving to a different service.
Name servers for a domain name determine the location of the "authoritative dns." This means that it determines where the DNS settings are coming from.
