Wordpress installation slow loading times

Hello everyone,
After migrating the [domain redacted] site over from another host, I am having an issue with my wordpress site loading very slowly both the public page and the admin pages.
I have optimized the db, I use cloudflare, "WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache" and "Autoptimize" plugins to help with the caching and they have helped a bit but still, from time to time, many times in the day it take ages to load anything. I also have set the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT at 256M in the wp-config.php file. Also I'm trying to follow all the recommendations over at gtmetrix but nothing has changed.

Let us know if you run into anything you need further assistance on, and make sure to check that none of the caching plugins are conflicting with each other. If you deactivate one, and everything gets faster, that usually means there was a conflict. It's rare these days as caching becomes better optimized, but it can still happen. Hope that helps!

It sounds like you have done a lot of good troubleshooting to isolate the issue.  Have you looked at any plugins or theme issues that could be affecting the load times?  For example, security plugins or themes with heavy JavaScript can affect load times.  I would recommend reaching out to one our live support agents if you still continue to have troubles.
