Signing in to support

Hi, I have 2 websites hosted by Inmotion. I wanted to ask a question so I posted in this forum (https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/questions/en/communities/1/topics/17620-security-and-spam-plugins-for-wordpress). I just assumed since I was logged in to cPanel, my name would appear, but it turned out I had posted as "Anonymous". I went back to post again and I was unable to until I logged in. I registered but was unable to login. I tried to reset my password but the reset email just sent me back to the same login screen.

Can someone please tell me how I can change my password and login and comment here?

Hello Anonymous, 

Thank you for your question regarding logging into the question portal. To clarify, the account you log into to ask questions is not connected to your cPanel or AMP accounts. The login you create here is standalone, and the password should be recoverable using the "Forgot my password" link below the login form. If this does not work, you may need to create a new user account to ask additional questions with your desired login information.
