The cpanel access app is no longer on my AMP page

Per the notes in your account, your subscription expired in 2018. This is reason that you have no access to cPanel. We recommend that you either renew or start a new hosting subscription. You can either speak with our Billing team or Sales team for further assistance.

Hello Brandy,

Sorry for the problem with the "cPanel access app."  We're not sure how that could be removed (as cPanel is the default interface for all account subscriptions).  Can you please provide a domain name so that we can take a look at the account?  If you wish, you can handle the issue by contacting our live technical support team.They can be contacted through email, phones, or chat.
