Hello and thanks for contacting us. DNS records for the domain may still exist on the server somewhere. You can cPanel > Zone Editor for more info or contact Live Support for further assistance.

Hello Akshay,

Thanks for the question about installing WordPress.  The error message you are seeing is indicating that there is already an installation, or some files that were part of an installation  for the Introspectivemarketresearch.com website.  By default, WordPress installs to the public_html folder in your hosting account, unless you change the path for the installation.  If there are files blocking the WordPress installation then you will receive this error. If you use the cPanel File Manager you can look to see what's installed in the space provided by your account.  If there is an existing installation with your domain name, then it will not overwrite it.  If you require further assistance, please contact live technical support team.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding an error message when installing WordPress. Try to remove the WordPress installation from Softaculous again. Go to Softaculous, then click the "All Installations" link on top (it looks like a file cabinet). If you see anything installed for your domain, remove it by clicking the red X. Ensure you no longer need it before deleting it. You should then be able to proceed with installing WordPress. Thank you, John-Paul
