Prestashop Can't Delete Categorys
When I try to delete a Category the screen darkens but the the pop never comes to confirm I have tried other browsers and also clearing the browser cache and I still have the same problem I am using Prestasho 1.7.6.1

Thanks for the question about deleting categories in Prestashop 1.7+. For issues like this, I tend to research the PrestaShop user forums, as it most likely a common issue. According to this post in April, you can delete it directly in your database under the ps_category table. This was posted by a moderator. You can see the post here.
