Sorry to hear that you're running into this problem. I would suggest reviewing your site's .htaccess file, as this issue is normally caused by an error which was created in an attempt to block bots or unwanted traffic. You can always use a site like Shot Sherpa to see if all visitors are blocked, or just visits originating from your IP address. 


If your site uses WordPress, I would suggest you start by renaming the current .htaccess to .htaccess092020.bak (so you can review it later), then creating a new .htaccess file using the default WordPress .htaccess. That should let you log back in and figure out what plugin is causing the problem. Hope that helps!
