The server responded: 421 Cannot connect to SMT

Hi Ya'll!

Have our Web site and eMail for over 20 years. Moved my work computer home and I cannot send out any eMails from 3 different accounts: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] The only outgoing eMal that works is [email protected]


Info has -- secure224.inmotionhosting.com -- as incoming and outgoing setting.

The other accounts have -- mail.domain.com -- as incoming and outgoing settings.

Naturally, I changed all accounts to secure224.inmotionhosting.com but it didn't make a difference. I still get 421 Cannot connect to SMT as a response.

Thank you for your question DavesImage! Sorry for the problem sending from our server. We checked the email log and did not see any connection problems in the logs. In order for us to diagnose the problem we will need the full bounce back message and the email address you are sending from. Because this is a public forum, You can send the specific information to [email protected]. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent. Best regards James R
