Shared server down again for over 24 hours, so no email and all web sites down (3rd time in the past 9 months). Emails not getting returned, are they being saved to be delivered when the server eventually gets back online or are they lost in space?

Hi, CompanyStuff! Sorry to hear that you're still having trouble. I checked our internal server records and did not find any shared servers matching the problem you describe over such a long time period, so I'd like to try approaching it from a different angle. Are you familiar with test websites that visit a site from a variety of different locations in the world, to see where a site is and is not accessible? I use Shot Sherpa, myself but anything along those lines should do the trick.

Anyway, please use one of those sites to check the site that is down. If it appears to be up and accessible from everywhere except your home/office, it sounds like you're dealing with an accidental block by our security system. This may not be the case, but it seems likely based on the situation you are describing. Hope that helps!

Hi Ronnie, I did confirm that the server is still down and there is a support ticket that has been ongoing. I've resigned myself just to let the ticket run its course and in the meantime, make changes on my end to work around it. Thanks.

Checked with your support team and that is not the case, the server is still down, so email/web site are still off line. They've had a support ticket since Wed., so hoping it gets addressed before the end of day.

All sites and emails still down, going into day 2. Already moved a web site to another host and looking to move others as the day goes on without any updates.

I contacted support when I noticed the server was down and while they created a ticket, there is no way to estimate when it will be taken care or no way to get any type of status. Been over 24 hours now, no email, no web site, no updates. So, I'm sending emails out on a Gmail account to my major clients explaining what's happening, remind me again what I'm paying for?

Hello, thank you for submitting a question about your email services. Unfortunately we’re not able to provide any account-related information in this public forum. Sometimes emails remain in queue, but there’s no way to know for sure until the server comes back online. For support specific to your account you will need to contact our live support team.

Have a nice day,
