Can reseller accounts blacklist email IP addresses?

May spammers/shysters/scammers will use IP addresses and therein fake/spoof the domainname.TLD. Many people will report the domainaddress.tld blacklisting the innocent bystander. They do this to either again commission as a affiliate if we click on their link in the spam, or click and invite the Trojan in.

Blacklisting a IP has been deemed to be "political poop-soup" but it's possible to do with a Gmail account and lots of money.

QUESTION:

Does Inmotion Hosting provide the means for Resellers and/or their clients to block real-email (i.e. NOT webmail as in Gmail, Livemail, Hotmail yadda yadda) spams originating IP numbers?

TIA

S.

Hi Sharon! Here is a short guide on using cPanel's account-level IP block. If you are on an account using SpamExperts, you can whitelist and blacklist IPs there as well. Hope that helps!
