I'm getting a pop up message on my phone that says,The identity of "..." cannot be verified". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Hello! For your privacy, I removed the URL you listed in your question after I checked on its status. There are two possible issues based on what you typed.

1) The exact domain you listed is not currently registered. If you have set up your cPanel using that domain, you still need to register the domain. Then, once the registration is fully in effect, you will be able to use that URL to send and receive email!

2) (More Likely) The domain you listed had 'mail' at the beginning of it. If your actual domain was the domain name you listed without the word 'mail,' please note that you should include a period/full-stop after the word 'mail' when setting up your mail client. If this was the only issue, you do not need to register the 'mail' version of the domain, you just need to fix how the domain is entered in the mail client. Hope that helps!
