Cannot access cpanel
I can not access cpanel - either from AMP or directly via URL - just clocks and times out

Hi Steve, sorry to hear that you're running into that issue. Since you can access AMP but not cPanel, it sounds like you may have been accidentally blocked by server security software. This is usually due to the mail client issue described in the guide, but if resolving that does not fix things after half an hour, you may need to get in touch with our Support team to remove the block.
