Hi Elias! You can find some clues to help you narrow this down, but there's not going to be an easy way to do this. Emails that aren't part of a major email provider, for example, could easily email each other leaving only records on the origin and destination servers. 

To narrow it down, you can find out when a domain was originally registered. That can at least give you an oldest possible starting point. Hope that helps!
