That error message means that the message being sent was blocked by the recipient's server because a blacklisted URL was somewhere in the text of the message. 

This is due to a setting on the recipient's server, so it is not something in our direct control. This is a common practice with a variety of spam filtering software. 

The easiest way to resolve the issue would be to simply remove that URL from the email. If it is essential to the message, you should reach out to the recipient and suggest that they review the spam filter settings with their email administrator. Hope that helps!
