Hello Indu Reddy, I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of site trouble. I removed your site URL from your post for your privacy, but only afer I ran a scan of your site with the publicly available GTMetrix tool. I think I have a few tips that can help you run things a bit smoother.

First, the site is larger than I expected. Though most graphics are small and the majority of data loaded is mostly text, the site is coming in at 5 MB. If you are on one of our WordPress Optimized NGINX servers, I would enable GZIP compression. If not, I would look for other optimization plugins.

A component of the Jetpack plugin appears to take a very, very long time to load relative to everything else. That may be worth investigating, along with the handful of components that fail to load. If you're using GTMetrix, you can check these under 'waterfall.'

Beyond that, the site just appears to have very heavy Admin Ajax usage (discussed in this guide on the topic). That is going to be the biggest limitation on the number of simultaneous visitors for most WordPress sites.  I hope that helps!
