Password reset issue

When my users attempt to reset their password, the application sends an email with a link.  When they click the link they come to the login reset password page.  They find that they cannot enter the new password anywhere.  The page shows a label "New Password" but doesn't provide an input field.  When I do a look at the console, I see the following error messages. Would any of these cause this type of problem?

Hello and sorry for your issue. We'd need to know what software passwords you're trying to reset. If the software has plugins, I recommend you consider disabling plugins that may affect the function. Otherwise, please contact Live Support for further assistance.
