Potential bug, can't set up cPanel for new website

Hi,

I have a new website project that I'd like to start working on, however I can't set up a cPanel for it.

When I go to the website on my AMP and click on cPanel. It takes me to the cPanel Login.

Here's where the problem is.

I can't type anything on the username input field. Password field works fine.

However, the username input field does not. If I right click it, the browser is treating it like an image, I can save as. I can't input or paste any text on it though, so I can't set up my cPanel login due to this.

I've tried a couple of things, such as clearing all my browser cache data, I've tried switching web browsers, I've tried using a different PC. All having the same issue, can't type anything in the username input field.

That's why I'm thinking it might be a bug.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello elierporto,

Thank you for your question regarding cPanel login, I apologize for the inconvenience. It is possible that there is an issue with the URL being used to access the login page. I suggest opening a new tab and navigating to your domain name followed by /cpanel. For example, if my site was examplesite.net, I would go to examplesite.net/cpanel to login to cPanel. If this still does not work, I recommend contacting our Technical Support team for direct assistance with your account.
