My files have been hacked and files quarantined. This means I cannot access admin on domains through softaculous. How do I get access to the domains to carry out further editing

move home folder ot of "Quarantine" folder

InMotion found malware on one domain hosted on VPS and moved home folder to "Quarantine" folder.

This is a WordPress install and have malware plugin installed but what is work flow to recover site safely?

My Joomla-based site has been quarantined. How can I get access (read, copy, download in readable form) to the content through File Manager or otherwise?

Hello,

Thank you for your question on gaining access to quarantined files. The quarantine folder is above your public_html folder and should allow you access it. Keep in mind these files were quarantined because they were hacked so reinstating them will get them re-quarantined and the account possibly suspended. You will want to replace them with clean files from the same version of Joomla that you are running.

As for content like pages, that data is in the database and will still be ready to display once your core files are replaced.
