Hello and thanks for contacting us.

If you've connected the email account to a desktop or mobile app using IMAP, you can disconnect that device from the internet and save the email files before reconnecting to the internet and syncing with your server.
If you have a cPanel backup, you can restore the /mail folder from it.
If you have a VPS/Cloud/Dedicated server snapshot, you can backup everything changed since the snapshot date, restore the snapshot and then restore the other backed up data.
