I have a WordPress installation on my website, http:// sholehregna.com. I need to install WooCommerce for an online shop however. Can I have two different installations of WordPress? Also I am in the process of creating a new site for myself. Do I need to park it on the server?

Hello Sholeh,

Thanks for your questions about installing WordPress and parking it on a server.  Yes you can install two different installations of WordPress.  You can easily setup a subdomain called "shop" and install WordPress to it along with Woocommerce.  You do not need to park it.  If you don't want people to see the sites you're developing, load a maintenance mode plugin (lots of free ones) and set it to active.  The plugin will only let authorized people see your site as it's being created.

Example of subdomain if you're not familiar:

https://your-primary-domain-name.com/shop

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest Regards,
