Mozilla Thunderbird 68.6.0 (32-bit) on Windows 10 Home Version 1903

I have been using Thunderbird for over a year, not sure why this happened.
I have attempted to reconfigure the client to use SSL and unsecure, updated password, double checked firewall, even tried installing em client, which also could not connect.

Email on my Android works fine.

Has anyone else had this issue as well? If so, how do you fix it?

Hello Victor,

Sorry for the issue with your Thunderbird mail client on your Mac Book Pro.  I also have a MacBook Pro (running the latest version of the OS - Catalina) with an updated version of Thunderbird (60.9.1 64-bit release). Make sure to check and see if your version has been updated by going to the Thunderbird menu and clicking on About Thunderbird.  The email client should automatically upgrade if a version is available.

I am not getting the errors that you're seeing.  Make sure to check your email settings. If they appear to be correct, then please contact our live technical support team.  They will have access to your email server and can determine if any action needs to be taken on the server-side.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.
