Unable to log in to AMP

Unable to log in to AMP. Yes, I am aware there are different login credentials for AMP. I have no trouble getting into cPanel and Support Center.

I have tried three browsers. I am primarily using a clean copy of Chrome: no extensions, no VPNs, all cookies, cache, and history have been deleted for all time. I have flushed my router's DNS and restarted the router. Also Restarted PC. Closed and reopened browser. I have even tried logging in to AMP on my phone going through T-Mobile.

Nothing works. All I get is the spinning circle in the tab, which just sits there and spins until reCaptcha times out. It's as if you are blocking anything coming in from Albuquerque.

I've tried calling phone support twice, but gave up after waiting on hold for 45 minutes each time. And while on hold, instead of telling the truth, they lie, telling me my call has been escalated and they are bringing more support people in to help answer calls. We all know that isn't true. The hold time is bad enough, but tell them that lying to their customers just makes things worse.

So how do I get this problem resolved?

I apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. I recommend you email Live Support with your current IP address. You can get this from FetchIP or IP Chicken.

Again, I apologize for any long wait for a response. However, escalations are real and a valuable way for us to ensure we assist customers with more complex issues as quick as possible.
