IP Blacklisted on Backscatterer

I have just received notification that my IP address has been blacklisted by Backscatterer. The problems seems to be a mail server setting which has not been set up to ensure that Non-Delivery Reports are only provided to local users.
Has anyone else had this problem and can you advise on what setting in the mail server needs to be changed.

Hello MikePe, Sorry for the problem with your IP being blacklisted. In general, a mail server setting is not the reason you would get blacklisted. For more information, please see this article. When you get blacklisted, emails that are bounced will include a URL that leads to a page where you can request to be delisted from a blacklist. You should keep a copy of that email and send it to us if you wish for technical support to review and then help you with being delisted. For more information, please see this article for information on how to request a delisting. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kindest regards, Arnel C.
