Why is it when I login to support, it doesn't actually login?

I've been sending email to support for years and now that I actually login to my support account (which ZERO damn clue as to why it doesn't automatically sync with my AMP), I have zero history or record of my support communication with InMotion?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. The support center and AMP do no sync because they are two separate entities, The support center login will only show your activity on the support center such as comments on articles and questions on the community support section, The logins are not the same because the support center is available to everyone including non-InMotion customers.
