As I know some hosting companies has such practice to make some modification in WordPress core files.

So, I want to know. Did you made these modifications?

Hello, [email protected]. Thanks for posting your question regarding the WordPress file changes detected by your WordFence plugin. I'm happy to assist. InMotion Hosting would not generally make changes to your wp-config.php file like I have seen GoDaddy do. From your question and comments below, it appears that an update may have been completed which caused the changes to the code and files you are witnessing. The code does not appear to be malicious as far as I know. Although if you would like to review the security of your site, you can read our guide on recovering after a hack for more information regarding securing your website. hope this helps! Sincerely, Carlos E
