403 forbidden error, folder permission is 750

My website 1234-4321.com shows a 403 error and I cannot figure out why. It was working a couple of days ago, and I have not made any change to the files nor folders. Only posted a blog.
The folder permission is correct.
I do not see the .hatchess file in the folder, is this the reason?
It is a wordpress installation.
