While moving a message from spam/trash to in folders, the message was lost. It cannot be found in any other folder. Where did it go, why and how to retrieve?

Thank you for your question regarding lost messages after moving folders in Horde. I found a helpful guide online that provided the following:
To refresh the mail folder list in the Horde interface, perform the following steps:
Navigate to the top of the Horde interface and click Mail.
Select Folder Actions from the left menu.
Click Show All Mailboxes.
Click Rebuild Folder List.
The left menu will refresh and all of the detected folders will appear.
