How to stop Wordpress from redirecting subdomain to the main domain?

I have a wordpress installation in a subfolder called 'prime' to my domain www.prime.net.nz, and www.prime.net.nz is set up to redirect to that www.prime.net/prime folder in c-panel.
Unfortunately this seems to be redirecting any attempts to access other subfolders/subdomain of prime.net.nz that have their own websites . How can I prevent this, and restore access to the other subdomains I have set up, like kingfamily.prime.net.nz ?

Hello, Thank you for submitting a question about redirects. This redirect is likely occurring from the root domain, so sub-directories will not be accessible. The way to change this would be deactivate the .htaccess redirects or rewrite them using rules for our redirect guide. On a different point, I advise using a home directory modification in WordPress configuration instead of using redirects if you want the site to be accessible from a sub-directory. Best, Christopher M.
