Slow loading times in wordpress admin panel

Ran network statistics while doing nothing but loading pages in my admin panels on my various sites. All of them were over 1 second of loading time, some going to 4-6, and occasionally hitting 10 seconds. My sites are on PHP 7, I've disabled Heartbeat, and scheduled my own cron jobs. The massive loading time seems to come in the form of TTFB from my network analysis. Is there anyway to speed this up? I don't remember it being so bad before.

Hello, Sorry for the load time issues you have seen while viewing the WordPress admin panel. If this is a server-side issue, the best thing you can do is to first run a ping/traceroute to test your network times to the server. Copy the results of the tests and then email them to our live support team through a verified support ticket. They will be able to see if there is an issue with the server or something they can correct in the routing. The contact information can be found at the bottom of the page. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kindest regards, Arnel C.
