Hello, Thanks for your question about using CloudFlare and transferring your email to InMotion. Per Cloudflare's documentation:

MX records are used to specify the mail server that is responsible for accepting email messages on behalf of a recipient’s domain. MX records can be created in the DNS settings of your Cloudflare dashboard. Mail will still continue to work as normal provided that you have all of the required mail and MX records in your Cloudflare DNS settings. Cloudflare operates as a HTTP/S proxy and currently does not proxy mail ports. Consult your mail provider if you are unsure of what these records should be.

In other words, you just need to provide the MX records for email to work normally. Typically, there is only one MX record, but you can easily see it by logging into your cPanel and then going to the DNS Zone Editor. Select the domain (if you are dealing with multiple domains), then you will see the DNS records. There is a filter option at the top that allows you to see only the MX records. Normally, it's pointed at your domain name. If necessary, you can find your email server settings by logging into webmail. You would use these settings to set up an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird. The server settings will be toward the bottom of the page. If you don't immediately see them, click on the webmail graphic in the top left corner and it should bring you back to the home page (showing the 3 different webmail clients that you can use). Note that changing the email service does not automatically bring over your emails saved on a different host. There are a number of ways you can move emails.
