one section of my admin is locked, how do I unlock it?

When I was updating the "items" tabs in my site, it is a Joomla site, inMotion stepped in and said it had temporarily disabled my admin due to a suspected Brute Force attack. It was not a brute force attack, and it only appears when I try to access the "items" section of my admin page.
The error message:
"Due to a high number of failed login attempts, access to /administrator/index.php has been blocked by Mod Security."

Who the heck do I contact to resolve this? I don't have any account with a Mod Security, so I assume it is part of inMotion. So far inmotion says it is a Joomla problem, but Joomla is not hosting my site.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your site. You can start by disabling minor mod security rules via the cPanel. If that does not work, you can contact Live Support to see if they have a specific rule that is triggering and can be disabled. If it is code that is triggering the rule, then you will need to contact Joomla forums to see if they may have a fix for the situation.

Kindest Regards,
