Thank you for your question regarding moving to the East Coast Data Center. Yes, if you are on a Business Hosting plan, or VPS you can submit a ticket request to be moved to a different server. Dedicated servers are only available in the West Coast data center at this time.
If the server name listed in your Account Technical Details begins with "ec" you are already on the east coast. I checked the server name associated with your account (ecbiz230) and it is already in the east coast data center.
