Unable to access or install plugins
Hi, my problems started a 2 days ago when I tried to network activate a plugin which I have deactivated previously. I got this message"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." and was not able to access wp-admin anymore.
I did a data restoration but now is unable to access plugins (You do not appear to have any plugins available at this time) and not able to install new plugins (Installation failed: Could not create directory).
I have tried changing the Permission for wp-content (7 7 7 & 7 5 5)and plugins (7 7 7)unsuccessfully. Please advice in detail what should I do to restore the plugins folder.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your plugins. When I was able to log in and take a look, I did not get any of the plugin errors. I could see and access them normally. Were you able to correct the issue?
