Tech Support? What Tech Support?
My site has been crippled for over 24 hours, two chats and two support tickets have not seen the problem fixed. I have never known such abysmal customer support, certainly not what I expected from Inmotion.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your site. After removing the index.html site that was preventing normal operation, the site seems to be operating normally. We checked the posts and links and are not getting any errors. If you are having issues, please provide specific instructions on how to duplicate the issue so we can investigate.
