Modification in email headers
Hello,
One of my customer has sent me some suggestion regarding email and I dont understand from where I can change this content. Please suggest. Thank you.
The customer has written the following email to me.

A small reference to your IT department:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=2.002 tagged_above=-100 required=1.5
tests=[BAYES_00=-1.9, DKIM_SIGNED=0.1, FROM_IS_REPLY_TO=-0.5,
FROM_NOT_REPLYTO=2, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, MIME_HTML_ONLY=0.723,
SUBJECT_NEEDS_ENCODING=0.049, SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS=1.518,
T_DKIM_INVALID=0.01, URIBL_BLOCKED=0.001]
You should fix at least the FROM_NOT_REPLYTO and SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS. This explains why the mails to me and many friends often land in spam. Not good. Your Mailadmin has to work around this :)

Thank you for your question on email spam configuration. In regards to our shared servers, this is nothing that we will be able to reconfigure for you. All our servers are configured in a specific manner and these settings cannot be altered on an account level basis.
If you are on a VPS or Dedicated account, then you will have control over these settings within your server and can change them to whatever you desire.
