BoldGrid was automatically installed without admin credentials?

I am just getting started. I believe WordPress and BoldGrid were both installed automatically as part of my account setup, so I did not have the opportunity to make account selections including my admin credentials. I tried to install BoldGrid from scratch, but it says it is "already installed". How do I retrieve that admin credentials, or establish new ones myself?

Hello,

Sorry for the confusion with the BoldGrid/WordPress installation and missing login information. First, BoldGrid is a plugin that is installed into WordPress. WordPress is installed with an Administrator user (it can't be installed without it). If it was installed for you, then the login for it would have been emailed to you based on the contact of your account. If not, then you will need to go through your intro emails from InMotion and look for that login. If they cannot provide it to you, then the live technical support team can provide one for you after verifying your account access for security purposes.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.
