OpenSRS Domain Transfer Authorisation request not received

On 8th Dec 16 InMotion Hosting Support emailed me advising that I should expect an email from Open SRS requesting Domain Transfer Authorisation within 3 days and that I must respond to it within 2 days. This indicates an element of urgency but I have still not received an email from OpenSRS even after 4 days. Please advise what the situation is?

Thank you for your question on OpenSRS domain transfer authorization emails. Be sure to check any spam folders for the emails. If you do not see any there, you will need to contact the Live Support or Live Customer Service department so they can confirm account specific information.
